Welcome to Lodge Home Services LLC ("Lodge," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms govern your use of our website and home maintenance membership services. By using our website or purchasing a membership, you agree to these terms.

1. Our Services

Lodge provides subscription-based home maintenance and handyman services for residential homeowners. Services include minor repairs and routine maintenance as described in your chosen plan. Lodge does not provide licensed specialty trade work (major electrical, plumbing, roofing, or HVAC systems) as part of standard membership.

2. Memberships

Memberships are billed annually unless otherwise stated. Each plan includes a defined number of visits and covered tasks as described on our Plans page. Tasks outside your plan's scope may be available at member rates, quoted and approved before work begins.

3. Scheduling

Visits are scheduled in advance based on availability. We ask for reasonable notice to reschedule and reserve the right to reschedule due to weather, emergencies, or circumstances beyond our control.

4. Materials

Standard small materials may be included as described in your plan. Larger materials are billed at cost plus a small handling fee and discussed before purchase.

5. Member Responsibilities

You agree to provide safe access to your home, accurate information about the work needed, and a safe working environment for our technicians.

6. Limitation of Liability

Lodge carries general liability insurance. Our liability for any claim is limited to the cost of the service provided. Lodge is not responsible for pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, or issues outside the scope of work performed.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
