Refunds

If you cancel within 30 days of joining and have not received a service visit, you're entitled to a full refund. If you've received one or more visits, we'll refund the unused portion, less the standard value of services already provided. After 30 days, memberships are non-refundable, but you may cancel auto-renewal anytime to prevent future charges, and you'll receive service through the end of your paid term.

Auto-Renewal

Memberships renew automatically each year. We send a reminder before your renewal date. Cancel auto-renewal anytime before then.
